Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Click the Account icon at the top right of our website and select Create Account. Simply enter your name, email address, and a password to get started.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view tracking details under Order History.
No. For your security, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Yes. Sales tax is charged where required by law and is calculated based on your shipping address during checkout.

Whenever possible, we ship your items in a single package. However, depending on availability and warehouse locations, items may arrive in separate shipments.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We’re sorry about that! Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send the correct item as soon as possible.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions via email. Please do not return items without authorization.

In most cases, yes! If a product is out of stock but available for pre-order, you’ll see a pre-order option on the product page. We’ll notify you via email with estimated shipping dates after purchase.
